Sophia Cameron

Director of Community Relations

Sophia has worked in the senior care industry for the past 25 years. Her strengths lie in her ability to minister to the needs of the aging population through advocacy, dementia education, and bridging the communication gap between adult children and their aging parents.

Approaching her 12th year at The Villa, Sophia’s wealth of knowledge in the senior care industry and innate ability to view situations from multiple perspectives, makes her a natural problem solver.  She is passionate about serving seniors and helping families navigate the difficult options of senior care.

Patricia Koval, ADC, CDP

Director of Activities

Patty Koval is a Fauquier County native. She knew from an early age this was the career path for her. As a teenager, she volunteered for Fauquier Hospital as a Candy striper.  Her love for healthcare grew everyday. After graduating from High School, she began working for Warrenton Overlook in 1997 as a CNA. After working for almost a year there, a position became available for an Activities Assistant and she was eager to apply. Several years after moving into her role in Activities, she was encouraged to begin the process of joining the leadership team by becoming an Activities Director. She achieved all of the requirements to become an Activities Director and in 2008 she officially moved into the role.

Patty helped start up The Villa at Suffield Meadows when the facility opened in 2010.

Julia Lowe

In addition to her Administrative role, Julia can oftentimes be seen walking with the residents, helping them with their daily activities where needed, and enjoys spending time with them. Julia understands that each resident has a unique story, and she wants to make sure they feel a part of the Villa family.
